Within the business planning process we will offer you a Discovery Day based on an available territory of your choosing, and we will prepare a typical cash flow projection, based upon the experience we have had with previous successful franchisees, and the current market in this chosen territory. This projection will help to guide you through the cash management process needed to assure your sustainable business growth, and profitability, and help you prepare to develop your own business plan for funding. When you are clear of lending you should be realistically aiming to achieve 25%- 30% net profit, and have developed a business with a good capital value, which you should plan to realise in accordance with your exit/ succession strategy.

Only a small percentage of our franchisees had experience in the property sector before joining Belvoir, and so we can train you from scratch with no prior experience assumed. We provide a three week intensive training course which must be completed before opening the doors to your Belvoir office. On completion of the course you will be assigned a Business Development Manager, who will act as a business mentor to you and offer support and guidance to establish yourself as a leading agent within your territory.
